chair_ONE

"chair_ONE" is the name of a seat made with diecast aluminium that the industrial designer Konstantin Grcic developed in 2003 for the Italian company Magis. With it he questioned customs in the field of modern furniture and ergonomics so radically that this design alone was enough to assure Grcic an internationally important place in furniture design.

This complex, crystalline chair made up of modular, metal lattices became a new design classic. He has already started a revolution for outdoor use in restaurants worldwide. A variant of this chair is since summer 2007 provided for visitors in the garden of Swarovski Kristallwelten's restaurant.
